World Milk Day – Is Milk a Complete Meal?


Every year June 1 is observed as World Milk Day. This campaign was initiated by Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations in order to recognize the importance of milk in a person’s life. Milk is often believed to be more nutritious than other beverages as it comes loaded with Vitamin A, B12, B2, D, Protein, magnesium, and potassium.

Since ages, Milk has been recognized as one of the most imperative parts of our diet. Whether you chose to drink it in your coffee, shake, smoothie, as ice cream or more, milk has numerous uses, yet it can also be enjoyed alone.
